How effective are sub domains on separate C class networks? Example. Managerjobs.biz his hosted at 174.122.50.59, however Florida.managerjobs.biz is hosted at 98.129.126.138 with backlinks to managerjobs.biz. Is it really worth adding a bunch of these sub domains?

Always a good idea as it means that links between sub-domains count for more on Google because of the different IP addresses.
