Whoever owns NatGas.com is asking US$400k. What should i be asking for my NatGas.co domain? Or how about my CleanEnergy.co domain?

I see that amazon bought cloud.co. Does anyone think that a large tech company would want my CloudComputing.co domain? I have it listed for $99,999. Its a stretch but the hyphenated version in .de sold for US$38,000. What could i ultimately get in say 10 years from now from an end user?
